isgenuity

Isgenuity is one of New England’s most experienced designers of technically sophisticated healthcare, higher education, and science & technology environments. Since our founding over twenty years ago, our firm has grown to an exceptionally talented team of around 50 professionals, including registered architects, interior designers, and environmental graphic designers, focused on creating spaces where innovation and functionality coexist harmoniously. We bring “genuine ingenuity” to every project: clever, inventive and technically-smart approaches to healthy environments that elicit joy and meaning from all users.

Projects range in scope and complexity from specialized healthcare renovations to comprehensive healthcare facilities masterplans and new hospital campuses, each guided by our commitment to technical excellence and sustainable design practices. Our portfolio demonstrates this expertise through projects like the Boston Medical Center Brockton Behavioral Health Center, which achieved an extraordinary EUI of 52, the first net-zero facility of its class in the Northeast. With LEED, WELL, and PHIUS (in progress) certified staff and offices in Boston and Providence, isgenuity creates purpose-driven projects that foster wellbeing and equity for diverse populations in our complex, changing world.
