Ways to Get More Involved with NESHS Through Committee Involvement

Engagement/Webinar Committee
Engagement/Webinar Committee Co-Chairs: Allison McCarthy and Caroline Coy
Provide access to a superb network of professionals for consultation, benchmarking, collegiality and support. The Committee meets via Zoom on the last Thursday of the month from 3:30 – 4:00 PM.
Continue to improve NESHS member engagement in the organization, including planning and executing NESHS webinars and virtual BYOL networking events to provide meaningful educational and networking opportunities for the membership. Expand our membership within and beyond the New England area through offering insights from industry thought leaders
Conference Committee
Conference Committee Co-Chairs: Regan Henry and Kathleen Porter
Plan and execute two educational conferences a year (Fall and Spring) for NESHS members to hear from industry experts to meet current and emerging challenges in their healthcare organizations and to network with other healthcare industry leaders. The Committee meets via Zoom every other Tuesday from 1:00 – 1:45 PM.
Sponsorship Committee
Sponsorships Committee Chair: John Fowler
Provide sponsorship opportunities for consultants, advisors and other firms in the health care field that support member strategists in order to support the growing needs of NESHS.
Marketing Committee
Marketing Committee Chair: Jennifer Driscoll
Enhance outreach and communication to both members and non-members including active marketing and promotion of NESHS including conferences, webinars, networking events, activities and updates. Utilize internet technology including LinkedIn as a strategic communications vehicle. The primary goals are to increase member satisfaction, and retention, by facilitating members’ access to networking, educational and career information. Actively support the work of the conference and engagement/webinar committees through coordination and implementation of promotional activities for educational conferences, webinars and networking events. The Committee meets via Teams on the 3rd Thursday of the month from 11:00 – 11:50 AM.
