WEBINAR: Transforming Healthcare From Within the Exam Room and Beyond: Virtual Care Teams

8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

The United States healthcare system has created the perfect equation for self-destruction: continued shortages in physician supply + increasing demand in patient care services + increasing tasks placed on physicians + change in reimbursement = unmanageable expectations that lead to an unsustainable care delivery model. As a result, medical groups, hospitals, and health systems require innovative, disruptive solutions within the “last mile of care” that allow providers more time to care – time to care for their patients. This can be done by extending the care team to include a virtual clinical care team, which significantly reduces the administrative burdens being placed on providers, and improves patient and provider satisfaction, access, revenue and overall quality of care to name a few. During this webinar, we will explore a virtual clinical care team model with a large health system in the Northeast, sharing best practices, lessons learned and clinical/financial returns on investment.
